Welcome to UP THE SCORE, a six week core and total body strength program designed to help you level up your training, build lean muscle mass, improve your posture, and of course: build bulletproof core strength. This program will require gym access or free weights heavy enough to challenge you. Whether you are a mom who needs to restore her core, a busy bee who suffers from poor posture and/or back pain, or someone looking for a challenge with tested, approved, and TRUSTED movements that WORK -- this is the challenge for you!
